PLANETARY DETAILS:
[2577] After a relatively easy Reunification War campaign against the Magistracy of Canopus, the Magistracy navy caught the Terran 14th Special Task Force napping off the asteroid shoals of Vakarel in November 2577. The Canopians destroyed five JumpShips and an escort, eliminating two battalions of the Star League 25th Chasseurs. Losing so many men and ships without damaging a single Magistracy ship forced Marion Marik to reconsider her plan of attack.

EMPLOYER SITUATION REPORT:
Rearad (Rear Admiral) Reuss-Köstritz has convinced the Magistrix that a campaign against Vakarel would be beneficial while the FWL is busy with their internal problems. Reuss-Köstritz used many reasons but rumors abound that she only wants to take back her ancenstral lands taken by the old Star League during the Reunification War.

Reuss-Köstritz's Heavy Cruiser and dropship squadron have cordoned the Lunar complex of Trakiya, which consists of dozens of air-tight domes. The locals can not call for help as their HPG has been sabotaged and the squadron is jamming the complex but a direct assault would likely blow the domes, so a slow siege campaign of small raids, tactical traps, infiltration and encouraging defection will be the order of the day.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
1) Work with the Rearad to safely take the complex, dome by dome.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
1) If combat becomes too concentrated and risks dome integrity, retreat and wait for another opportunity.
2) Keep the knowledge of the Aegis secret from FWL agents.
