PLANETARY DETAILS:
The planet of Palmyra was first settled by the Jewish run corporation Palmyra Petrochemicals over 800 years ago, the corporation has has its ups and downs over the centuries but they have basically controlled the desert planet the way they wished. Information about the planet itself is extremely limited to what information PalPet has released to the combat regional command on Tsamma. After some looking into it was believed that PalPet has been paying off officials for centuries. Things are still politically unstable on New Avalon so the ministry of Justice has taken steps to hire a merc unit to 'garrison' the planet but secretly to gather information on PalPet's activities. There are some rumors that they ran black projects for Katherine Steiner-Davion during the early 60's.

The capital city is Hilder's Hell, although its more of a mega-corporate complex, estimated at having a population of over two million people; all working for PalPet.

EMPLOYER SITUATION REPORT:
With the arrival of Word of Blake forces in the system, and their open hostility towards the Restless Souls as well as PalPet forces, the situation has drastically changed. The Ministry of Justice wants this chaotic situation remedied, and soon. Additional aerospace assets have been dispatched to secure a low-orbit blockade of the planet and prevent any further reinforcements for the warring groups.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
1) Destroy, capture, or render combat-ineffective all known WoB elements operating on Palmyra.
2) Render all non-Federated Suns-government-affiliated military forces harmless. The use of deadly force is authorized under the authority of the Ministry of Justice.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
1) Secure as many wanted PalPet executives as possible.
