PLANETARY DETAILS:

The planet of Palmyra was first settled by the jewish run corporation Palmyra Petrochemicals over 800 years ago, the corporation has has its ups and downs over the centuries but they have basically controlled the desert planet the way they wished. Information about the planet itself is extremely limited to what information PalPet has released to the combat regional command on Tsamma. After some looking into it was believed that PalPet has been paying off officials for centuries. Things are still politically unstable on New Avalon so the ministry of Justice has taken steps to hire a merc unit to 'garrison' the planet but secretly to gather information on PalPet's activities. There are some rumors that they ran black projects for Katherine Steiner-Davion during the early 60's.

The capital city is Hilder's Hell, although its more of a mega-corporate complex, estimated at having a population of over two million people; all working for PalPet.
