PLANETARY DETAILS:

Hachiman is one of the few planets in the Draconis Combine that has both plentiful natural resources and livable planetary conditions. In addition, the planet is the center of the realm's computer and advanced electronics industry. Hachiman's main continent is dotted with several major industrial parks that manufacture electronic parts.
The largest city on the planet, Masamori, is home to Tanadi Computers, one of the largest computer firms in the Draconis Combine. Masamori also has a large and raucous ukiyo, whose weekend festivals often disintegrate into riots. The planetary government puts up with this foolishness because it tends to keep the workers away from more dangerous pursuits. The second largest corporation on the planet is Hachiman Taro Electronics Ltd, owned by Chandrasekhar Kurita, a distant relative of Theordore Kurita. The third largest company on Hachiman is the Nippon Gaiken Defense Systems Syndicate, due to a recent aquistion they have become one of the most powerful corporations within the Draconis Combine and Outworlds Alliance, they are expected to move into other markets soon.

The new secret elite raiding unit, the Gaiken Lancers have state-of-the-art DC OmniMechs and hundreds of hours of simulator training but they lack hardcore experience.

Update: Taro Electronics has put forward a bid to take over Titan Yards Inc. the major Shipyard builders of the Terran System. We have interests that coincide so they will need to be removed.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

1) Attack Taro Electronics installations throughout Hachiman to create a distraction for the Gaiken Lancers to strike at Taro's headquarters.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:

1) If the Gaiken Lancers fail to assassinate Chandrasekher Kurita, you must try.
