PLANETARY DETAILS:
Highspire has changed governments officially three times in the last forty years, and in reality, four times. A heavily wooded world with many mountain ranges and few valleys that are more than just dips, Highspire offers little in the way of industrial targest. Political targets, however, are a different story. Kali Liao is a prisoner on the world, put there by Sun-Tzu in 3062 after she was proven to be behind the Black May attacks against the St. Ives Compact.

The Dynasty Guard was instructed to delegate their infantry detatchment to guard Kali. Their only permanent infantry, a battlesuit company of 44 Fa Shih and 4 Clan Elemental suits, quickly took over the task, incorporating the 21st Liao Infantry Regiment into their hierarchy to man the outer defenses of a nigh-impregnable castle. Kali's decorative prison sits on a high mountain range, away from and below Highspire City which is itself built into a mountain peak, and while she is allowed to travel to other destinations on planet on rare occasions, Bu-ke-ye-yue Castle is her "home" at least 11 months out of the year.

EMPLOYER SITUATION REPORT:
MIIO operatives recently uncovered information that one of Kali's operatives somehow captured Major General Nadine Wilson of the Lyran Alliance's 23rd Arcturan Guards during the Free Tikonov uprising at the end of the FedCom Civil War. General Wilson was shipped to Highspire to serve as a new playtoy for Kali. We have no idea if General Wilson is still alive, although some circumstantial evidence does seem to indicate she is, even after a decade of torture and captivity. Higher-ups in the Davion command structure feel it is our nation's duty to do our best to determine the status of all Lyran soldiers who fought in Davion territory during the FCCW, and that includes General Wilson.

We have also received intelligence that Kali's Thuggee cult followers may be planning to break her out of her confinement. This cannot be allowed to happen. Highspire was chosen by Sun-Tzu partially due to a lack of Kali's followers on the planet. Despite strict immigration controls and Maskirovka efforts, we believe some have still managed to settle on the planet, making this scenario more and more likely with time.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
1) Determine if General Wilson is still alive, and where she is being held if she is among the living.
2) Avoid heavy fighting with the garrison if at all possible. Any necessary strikes should remain anonymous if possible.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
1) Determine the likelihood of Thuggee action to free Kali.
